Nothing is set until you say so
This website sets no cookies when it loads. Analytics is held back behind a consent banner, so if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no cookie is written and no measurement takes place. The site behaves identically either way.
There is no advertising cookie here, no remarketing pixel and no social tracker. Reltic does not run advertising, so there is nothing of that kind to place.
What analytics sets if you accept
Accepting loads Google Analytics 4, which writes two cookies to your device.
| Cookie | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes one visitor from another | 2 years |
| _ga_<id> | Holds the current session state | 2 years |
IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Advertising features, remarketing and data sharing with Google advertising products are switched off in the property settings.
What we look at
Which pages are read, which of the six services people open, whether the enquiry came from the developer side or the lender side, and how many enquiries arrive by telephone rather than through the form. That is the whole list. It tells us which parts of the practice to write about next, and nothing about you as an individual.
How to change your mind
The choice is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and it lasts until you clear site data. Use the button below to reopen the banner at any point. Declining after having accepted stops further measurement, and your browser settings will clear the cookies already placed.
The typefaces
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts as a page opens. That request reveals the address of the device asking for the file, and it sets no cookie. Serving the font files from our own domain would remove even that, and we will make the change on request.
More detail
How enquiry data itself is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
