Who we are

Reltic Construction Consultants Ltd is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 12581120, at Office 676, 60 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 2EW.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, company, which side of a project you act for, the project location and a description of the position. Only the name, the email address, the side and the description are required. Everything else is optional.

We also receive whatever you choose to tell us if you write or telephone instead. Equally, we do not buy contact data and we do not build profiles.

Why we use it

The information is used to answer your enquiry, to run a conflict check against our current and previous appointments, and to prepare a scope and fee if the work proceeds. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a business enquiry that you initiated. Where an engagement follows, the basis becomes performance of a contract.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry reaches our email account and nothing more. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for marketing and we do not pass it to other consultants without asking you first.

A small number of suppliers process data on our behalf as part of running the site and the mailbox. These are our website host, our email provider and, once it is switched on, the service that delivers the enquiry form. Each acts on our instructions under a written agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twenty four months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for the period required by our professional indemnity insurance and by law, then deleted.

Where it is held

Data is held within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If a supplier processes data elsewhere, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to office@reltic.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Analytics

If you accept the analytics banner, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. It records which pages are read, which services are opened and whether an enquiry came from the developer side or the lender side. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are switched off, and the data is never used to identify you.

Google acts as our processor for that measurement. Nothing loads and no cookie is written until you accept, and you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy page. Declining changes nothing about how the site works or how an enquiry is handled.

Changes

If this notice changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top. Where a change is significant, we say so on this page rather than expecting you to compare versions.
